ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
The narrative of development and infrastructure working in opposition with nature and the climate, is a familiar one. We would like to break this mould by being more considerate towards our environment.
We follow the recommended compliances and testing to ensure the use of minimally damaging materials, and have installed solar panels in a majority of our projects’ wayside amenity spaces and site offices.
Our materials incorporate waste substances (such as petroleum by-products) and are locally 1 sourced, which both reduces our emissions and also creates work for the denizens.
In addition, we are also conscious in our approach to the surroundings we interact with, by using soil technology that doesn’t damage the earth and by creating better village roads that connect to the district roads and highways.
