Centrodorstroy (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 and commenced operations in 2007 with its first package of World Bank–aided road projects in Punjab, valued at Rs. 130 Crores (USD 33 Million). The company has the capacity to independently undertake projects worth up to Rs. 1,500 Crores, supported by its own resources, including advanced machinery, skilled manpower, and robust infrastructure and plant facilities.
CDS Infra Projects Limited successfully executed the construction of OPG World School, an educational institution promoted by the Chandra Education and Welfare Society, established in 2007.

In 2017, the Company secured three prestigious EPC projects in the State of Madhya Pradesh, aggregating to a total contract value of ₹1,250 Crore.
We have rebranded with a new logo and renamed the company as CDS Infra Projects Ltd in 2019. Further, CDS has secured its first Greenfield Expressway project – Delhi–Vadodara Package-3, valued at Rs. 780 Crore.
Further strengthening its portfolio, CDS has secured another prestigious Greenfield Expressway project – Delhi–Vadodara Package-13 in Rajasthan, along with the Amritsar–Jamnagar Economic Corridor project in Gujarat, with a combined project value of Rs. 1,500 Crore.
We are currently constructing our own Corporate Office building in 390, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon—often
regarded as the Silicon Valley of North India. The building comprises eight floors with an approximate
carpet area of 300,000 sq. ft.
In 2021, CDS has secured another prestigious Greenfield Expressway
project – Delhi–Amritsar - Katra Package-02 in Haryana, along with the Delhi–Amritsar - Katra
Package-05 project in Punjab, with a combined project value of Rs. 2,300 Crore.
The company has been assigned an external credit rating of CARE ‘A’ by CareEdge Ratings, reflecting
its strong financial position and operational stability.
In 2022, CDS secured another prestigious expressway project – Ganga Expressway (Group-I, Package-1),
an access-controlled six-lane corridor in Uttar Pradesh, with a project value of Rs. 1,731 Crore.
We have Net Bid Capacity of Rs. 7500 Crores (for 2 years) wherein the have execution capacity to operate single project of Rs. 4300 Cr.
Presently Executing 8 Nos of Prestigious EPC & HAM projects. At present the company has unexecuted Order Book worth of about 5000 Crore which included 4 prestigious HAM & Railway projects.

prestigious projects being executed under HAM and one re-development project of Durg Railway Station.
